Project Description

Hillary wants to inspire and support female students of humanities and arts, educational and social science who face serious difficulties in the transition from university to work to develop an entrepreneurial mind-set and attitude. Indeed the project aims at proving them the right business skills and raise awareness about social entrepreneurship and self-employment as potential career option.
The project wants to train female university students to take societal gender challenges (gender imbalance in wage, children vs career and scarce level of woman self- employment rate) and transform them into opportunities for innovation and growth. The Hillary community will host: 1) online resources and learning material about female entrepreneurship for university students with a focus on social innovation, personal branding and business modelling which will enable university students to apply their knowledge to real market needs related to gender equality issues; 2) the creation of an online community with the e-learning material, project developed by the students, discussion and crowdsourcing area.
